OPINION THURSDAY

Opinion Thursday was fun as people shared their point of view on what they thought was responsible for infidelity in marriage. For some it was money, Distance, lack of communication, greed, lack of consistent sex,lack of the fear of God, need for excitement and so on.But the aim of our opinion thursday is to enable us rub mind together and throw light on grey areas in a relationship/ marriage.Everyone had valid points , but the summary of all is this.

Infidelity MOSTLY occurs when the needs of either partners in a relationship/ marriage is left unmet.

Men and Women have different need and if these needs are left unmet ( whether consciously or unconsciously) it creates a vaccum which needs to be filled.

The top 5 needs of a man according to research are:
1. Sexual fufillment
2. Recreational companionship
3. An attractive spouse
4. Domestic support
5. Respect

While that of women are;
1. Affection
2. Conversation
3.Honesty and Openness
4. Financial Support
5.Commitment to FamilyMost times partners cheat when one or more of these needs are left unmet. @ the end of the day, your job is to discover what the needs of your partner is and meet them to build an affair proof marriage.
